The San Francisco Giants have agreed to terms with right-handed pitcher Shun Yamaguchi, according to the San Francisco Chronicle on Saturday.

Yamaguchi, 33, recently was designated for assignment by the Toronto Blue Jays and cleared waivers earlier this week.
